Michał Kobosko is a Polish journalist and politician. He served as the editor-in-chief of “Newsweek Polska” (2006–2009) and “Wprost” (2012–2013). From 2020 to 2022, he was the chairman and from 2022 to 2024 the first vice-chairman of the Polska 2050 party. Currently, he is a member of the Polish Parliament (Sejm) and a Member of the European Parliament (MEP).
Michał began his journalistic career at Gazeta Wyborcza and later worked for Puls Biznesu, Forbes Polska, Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, and Bloomberg Businessweek Polska. He is also the director of the Wrocław Global Forum, which annually gathers over 400 leaders from around the world to discuss global challenges.
