Piotr Cwalina is a recognized HR expert who has built his 30-year career on international experiences, holding the role of HR Director and Head of Compensation & Benefits both in Poland and abroad. His rich professional path began as a consultant in leading advisory firms such as Neumann, PwC, IBM, Hay Group, where he focused on consulting in the area of C&B / HR and Change Management for various industries.
In 2006, his career took on an international dimension when he joined the Heineken Group, initially working in Poland, and later in Amsterdam as a Global C&B Manager and Regional HR Manager for Western Europe. Upon returning to Poland, he successfully handled the opening and management of the HR function in various sectors, including the logistics and BPO industries.
