Kacper Nosarzewski is a partner at 4CF and a board member of the Polish Society for Futures Studies. He is an accomplished author of foresight methodologies and co-author of foresight reports for both civilian and military clients. Kacper is an expert for the World Economic Forum and Interpol, advising corporations, public institutions, and international organizations on strategic foresight. He led the “Scenarios for Poland 2050” project for the Ministry of Infrastructure and Development (2019) and has spearheaded projects across high-tech, energy, food, banking, finance, logistics, and defense industries. Kacper is also an active member of the Polish chapter of The Millennium Project, the world’s largest foresight think-tank, and is affiliated with the Association of Professional Futurists. He teaches foresight at the Naval Academy and AGH University of Science and Technology.
