As the director of the Diplomatic Protocol he organized state visits (of President L. Wałęsa and A. Kwaśniewski) to a number o countries: the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Turkey, Japan, Korea, Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, Chile, Russia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Italy, Portugal, Lithuania and Ukraine.
Former member of official and operational delegations of Presidents, Prime Ministers and Foreign Affairs Ministers to Austria, Belgium, France, Spain, Germany, Scandinavia, Asia, USA, to name but a few.
Between 1991 and 1994, at the request of the US authorities, he supervised the section representing American interests in Iraq and was awarded with the Department of Commerce Gold Medal . After his return to Poland, he supervised the Diplomatic Protocol (1994-1997). Later, he took the post of the ambassador of the Republic of Poland in Belgium, Luxemburg and Israel. For a short period of time he supervised the Asia Pacific Department at the Polish MFA.
He conducts workshops regarding Democratic Protocol in the European Union, local government protocol and business protocol.
