Currently serves as a Supervisory Board Member of Bank Millennium S.A. She has held senior leadership positions for consumer good ‘giants’ Procter & Gamble and The Coca-Cola Company - including General Manager of Coca-Cola Poland Services S.A. for Poland and the Baltic States.

An active contributor to the community and industry initiatives; serving as a Board Member of the International Advertising Association Poland (IAA), she previously served as a Board Member for the Polish American Chamber of Commerce, and Chaired the 2016 Polish Effie Awards.
For her contributions to community and youth talent development she was recognized and awarded in 2016 with a “Charismatic Woman – Business and Social Enterprise Award” from Why Story Polska. In 2011 she was granted the “World of Difference 100 Award” – from The International Alliance for Women (TIAW). Recognizing her for her roles as Board Member and President of the international and Swiss divisions of the Organization of Women in International Trade (OWIT) and her contributions as an advisory board member for the Women’s International Networking (WIN) Leadership Forum.
