Creator of mBank, the first virtual bank in Poland, has become one of the biggest banks of the sort globally. He is also an originator of Bank SMART – the first European mobile bank.
He’s a professional in the field of finance and banking and an initiator of many innovative start-ups in the banking business. He was a member of the board in PGB Bank and PKO Bank Polski, as well as the president of mBank and FM Bank PBP. He holds a role in many supervisory boards of listed companies, both in Poland and abroad.
He‘s graduated with distinction from Warsaw School of Economics (former SGPiS) in the field of study of the world economy. He’s also studied at the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and the University of Zurich.
He is an author of a large number of articles in the fields of management, leadership and innovations and books such as “Droga do innowacji”, STUDIO EMKA 2010 “Droga ważniejsza niż cel.
