    Katarzyna Pawlikowska: expert in females’ social and consumer behavior and marketing communication addressed to women. Initiator of the largest pioneering research depicting contemporary women in Poland. Through the research seven characteristic psychographic segments of women have been revealed and described for the first time. The author and developer of Consumer Mapping Lens, a tool that was rewarded as the Innovation of the Year 2016 by Stevie Awards. Katarzyna is committed to the constant improvement of the tool.

    The founder and leader of Garden of Words, a consulting and marketing communication agency. She gained her vast experience through projects and cooperations in Poland, the USA, France, the Netherlands and Italy. An active member and board member of several organiza-tions like THINKTANK, Znane Ekspertki, Opera Viva, Fundacja Przedsiebiorczosci Kobiet. Lecturer at PAN (Polish Academy of Sciences) and the University of Warsaw. A judge of International Business Awards-Stewie, Businesswoman of the Year (organized by Success Written in Lipstick Foundation).

    Author of a range of professional press publications, media speaker, trainer and strategic consultant for various businesses. Her recent book ’’Polki’’ (2014) describes Polish women in the most important areas of life and work – starting from the lifestyle and world-view, through sexuality, men, parenting and cooking, health, work, politics, etc., up to consumer behaviors. Author of the book ‘Can You feel it? … marketing and sales communications addressed to women. Introduction to gender marketing’. The publication is a source of unique knowledge about female communication codes, which is the essential starting point for anyone responsible for creating marketing communication strategies. It introduces the acronym CZUJESZ? (Can you feel it?) – a unique concept created by Katarzyna Pawlikowska, explaining in a simple way female communication codes and how to use them to create a communication strategy able to reach the target consumers. For many years she worked as marketing director in polish and international companies, i.e. Kolastyna Group. She worked with the directors of Fiat Auto Poland and Nu Skin Enterprises and was recognized for her work in PR. She was an Account Director in one of the largest PR Agencies in Poland. She is an expert in female motivation and possesses a specialistic knowledge in marketing and the creation of complex communication strategies, including crisis management.

    In 2017 Katarzyna was selected as one of the Fifty Most Creative People in Business by one of the biggest business magazines in Poland – Brief Magazine.
